Completed tutorial, achievment hasnt popped. Played several games having completed various tasks required... not one Achievement popped. Whats the deal here?

I've looked at other threads with the same problem from a few months ago, but the solutions they offer, if they have one at all, don't work. I was wondering if others were running into this problem more recently. Hopefully there is a solution.
