Hi, the achievements for 10 kills and wasting a bullet are not implemented, is this an oversight?

I just played a bit for the first time and encountered some issues. First, sometimes when shooting an enemy, the bullet would go through without registering a hit. This seems to be an issue particularly for smaller enemies, as well as the star-shaped ones, to which I died every time but only because my bullet didn't kill the enemy. Second, the bullets would miss almost always during slow-mo. Looks like they would need to check for collision more often or with better precision. If it might matter, I pla...
