GTA IV won't work on my laptop -_-

Check for new video and/or chipset drivers if you have not done so already. Sometimes laptops such as yours, which share system memory with the video card, may cause performance/bugs to creep up. At the very least it will gimp you performance-wise. An integrated GPU, specially Intel's, is not the best option for dedicated gaming, but that may change with the next generation.
Your GPU has only 64MB of dedicated RAM, which is below the requirements for the game, even though it is supposed to use shared RAM to boost the video graphics card specs. If the driver is not good enough, the game will not see more than that, which may be what is happening to you. A new driver may (or may not) be able to address that issue.

I have no idea what you are talking about, but I will look forward to look for a new drivers :) :D
Other games work fine with it such as CS:GO on the maximum details and the same goes for CS:S but now with GTA IV. Also, there are some .dll files that change the graphics for GTA IV that makes GTA IV work on any computer. I couldn't find any so if you know something about it I kindly ask you to tell me.

I believe it will not run on notebooks with Intel graphic. GTA 4 is not friendly with that graphic. But lets see what others have experienced

Same is happening with my Desktop Computer :) I run the game, I can see in the house but when I leave the house I cant see the street,train,buildings ... etc

i bought gta tonight, i have a intel graphics card. same thing for me. complete piss off tbh. i already ordered for a refund. cross your fingers?

The pc has Intel graphic too? It is best run with Nvidia.

Don't complain about having spent "$19.99 for nothing" when it's your responsibility to have checked that your computer matched the minimum specs before you bought it. It's your own fault.

Then ask them how they fixed the problem. As far as I know it won't run on notebooks with Intel Graphic. You have to use a mod for that.

Sorry it does not on laptops with Intel Graphic. Google and you will see. But I have seen it run on notebooks with Nvidia graphic.
