Invisible Textures
No matter how many times I've uninstalled and redownloaded the game, i am still missing textures everywhere. It's like this for the main story and both of the DLCs. NIko is invisible along with the cars and building, only lights show up and sometimes other objects. I'm not having any FPS issues or anything other than the entire game being practically invisible. I've revalidated the files every single time before I've tried to play since this happened, and it detects nothing wrong. I've tried the commandline, changing window sizes and resolutions, along with every other graphics option. I've downloaded FusionFIx and VariousFIxes to try to fix it, but nothing. I've since removed them, and have been trying almost everything I can the past 2 days.

here's a link to a video of what happens (the fps is terrible in the recorded, however the game was running, and has always run great for me):

Same problem, it seems after Windows was updated... before yesterday were no problems more than 4 month.

UPDATE 1:
I found out that WIndows 11 pro was updated to 24H2 version and video driver was updated too, so after this I have the problem with textures:

UPDATE 2:
I made a rollback, Windows was downgraded to 23H2 version and to old video software, now game is working properly without texture bug.

So, root cause - uncompatible new Windows update with GTA 4.
Solution - downgrade Windows to 23H2 version.

Works fine here on 24H2.

This works!!!!!
Windows update was the issue for me, no need to mofify any files or additional action, only rollback to previos Windows 11 version.

Has anyone here tried using DXVK to solve this issue? If "video software" got updated in 24H2, it sounds like a DirectX update contains a bug, which DXVK might work around.

For the record, I don't use Windows, but I've noticed that even on Windows, DXVK generally helps a lot in gaining consistent performance and sometimes better stability in this and other games.
