Traffic (Taxi?) Bug

I've been playing the game normally, the version is 1.2.0.43, I entered Pay n Spray with a Comet car and when I came out, all the vehicles were taxis and the ones parked were all comets, it was weird. I quit the game and started it again, the bug was kind of fixed but there still was more taxis around than intended. Also a lot of parked cars are comets too which isn't normal. Any fix?

I also haven't installed any mods or made any modifications to the game

You can use https://github.com/ThirteenAG/GTAIV.EFLC.FusionFix, and in the configuration file, set VehicleBudget to the value suggested in the file (260000000).

I haven't personally tested this, but apparently setting it too high might leave insufficient memory for other things and make audio glitch out, so keep that in mind.

Are you sure that the Fusion Fix itself is working? Do you see any differences in the game and new options? If Fusion is working, then try increasing the budget value.

yeah im pretty sure fusion is working cause some issues like the custscenes stuttering have gone away, but Its just the taxi bug.

If you use default value (260000000) just try to step up to 300000000. I don't know how many mods are you use, so the value may vary for each individual.
