Buildings and roads invisible/not loading in

Is there a solution to this? I just got it to launch and now I have this problem

r u on 1080 or 1070? becuz most of the time when i downgrade to 1070 i have to have the commandline file in so my graphics work correctly if i dont have the file in it usually doesnt work

He was referring to your game version, since you didn't know that I'm going to assume you're using 1.0.8.0 which is the steam release, it doesn't really matter..anyway, go to your main directory (right click your game>properties>local files>browse local files) make a txt file called "commandline.txt" and put these in there:

"-nomemrestrict -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -noprecache -novblank -heapsize 2097152"

without the quotes, obviously...if this doesn't fix your issue I can try giving you other possible fixes, after that just save it and it should work.
