Is it hard to find multiplayer matches?

By no mean the game is dead, but there is some moment in the day where you might wait 10 min to get into a game. i suggest you look into discord to make it easier to call out for a mult game

Discord server helps. In my recent experience, here are three times a day when there are at least 2+ players available.

Same here, the game needs a proper "server browser" because otherwise you just sit there and wonder if theres even anyone online.

i played with a random last night who bailed super early. but then i learnt you can add bots as teammates. i no longer care about matchmaking. will take bots now instead of solo runs

I've been hopping on here and there and you typically have to wait between 5 to 20 minutes

I think that currently there are too many difficulty levels, and they should be lowered:

Normal
Elite
Nightmare
Reincarnation ( 1-9 )

So it's no surprise that the queue time is not appealing, having 12 difficulty levels.

In addition to this, given how easy and affordable is R9, it would be a way to also provide a more difficult endgame.

Something like
-Normal
-Elite
-Reincarnation ( 1-5. R9 would be the new R3, leaving 2 lower difficulties and 2 higher difficulties )

Going down from 12 to 7.
