What in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ happened when they were making the Talisman???

Not only does it use large ammo, which is plentiful for what type of weapon it is. it has ALL THREE elemental types to switch between. HOMES IN ON TARGETS AND TARGETS SPECIFICALLY THEIR WEAK POINTS. And I thought the Rainbow was OP... Jesus christ this-I don't get how they didn't notice that it was like, dumb broken? It can easily be fixed by just making it draw from the special ammo pool though. Nothing needs to be changed beyond just making it use Special Ammo.

I got some of my biggest hits so far using talisman lol
it's extremely spammable just using M2 and you don't even need to aim, special might give it a good hinder seeing as how strong it is

Do you think the 'slowness' of it hinders it a bit? Or am I not spamming it fast enough? :) I've not used it as much as the others. It is powerful, but I didn't think this is *the* weapon to use. Maybe it is...

alternative fire is your friend on it (right click). also perfect if you got either an good gemini effect on another weapon, as it is able to work with both crit multiplier and elemental effect and that way could even "one shot" most enemies without much worries, while also applying amazing debuffs.

As someone whom has solo'd nightmare, unlocked everything and has every achievement in the game; the Talisman is.... meh.

It's literally weaker in DPS than many other weapons, despite the alt fire and homing. Chill.

Not if it has amazing on-crit abilities like lightning ball. I vaporized everything on Nightmare like it was a joke. Granted, that does require rolling a good one, but there are a lot of powerful on-crit weapon abilities and scrolls.

And yeah, you could do close to as well, maybe better, with a good weapon and good aiming. But the point here is you don't even need to remotely aim with the thing, or really play well, it's just right-click collect loot rinse repeat.

It is good if you are drunk and want to get far or something but overall even with stuff like Hawkeye sight its DPS is just too low to even worry about. Might make for some easy wins on the normal difficulty, but thats about it.

Talisman doesn't do as much damage even with a full crit scroll set compared to the hard hitting sniper rifles. Having any element on demand is handy though.

Don't get why everyone suddenly thinks this weapon is so overpowered, when demonlores and crimson firescales exist. Yeah, its a good weapon - if you're someone who can't hit headshots. Also, I don't see this being pointed out, but having an ability which auto-aims makes the game so much less satisfying.

It's a lot like the Trueflight Bow from Vermintide 1. It has inferior DPS in exchange for the homing. It's not op.

The taliman is like made for elemental fusion. But good in the first world, but then become weaker at each stage.

i never use the talisman.... trust me, ist good at the first level but at the desert, ist start to strugle already, hope just the rng give you some good power on the weapon and yes, it can be use for all the run, but ist not a weapon i will use if it got ♥♥♥♥ inscription on it

I think the majority of responses here are ignoring just how good the Alt fire on talisman is when you have a lightning orb affix on it. It absolutely melts everything you hit if you have decent lightning damage
