Well this is an old game that runs OK-ish, but can run better.

This is how you do it!

1. Download the following file

2. Install the EXE and have it point to your Steam folder of Max Payne: Steam\steamapps\common\Max Payne

3. IMPORTANT! Launch the game - a window will show up - under "Acceleration" set the option to "D3D Hardware T&L".

4. Enjoy Max Payne with less pain!
