How do you play this game on mac?

My friend and I want to play this game (or the other command and conquer series) together, but my friend has a mac computer and I have windows.

On the system requirements tab it says

If he downloads this on the link below he should be able to play it on mac, right? But IDK if there is multiplayer.

What Steam Versions of the C&C Series are playable on Mac ?
If those Versions are in the remastered collection, can he buy this collection and play those Versions on his mac?

it would work on boot camp with a full win installation. im using an older imac and got no problems ...it runs much smoother, then the original ever did. also im playing multiplayer with friends.

The game needs DX11 and the map editor needs .NET Framework 4.6.2 and afaik those are not natively supported on Mac.
