Error in the San Andreas Downgrader Please Help

I downloaded the San Andreas downgrader and I have this error https://imgur.com/kVHXQbK

I’m trying to cope with this problem for the third day in a row ... I came to the conclusion that most likely this is a problem with the downgrader itself, but this is not accurate :)

Try redownloading the game so that all files are fresh then do the downgrade straight away

What does it mean? Should I reinstall the game and try to lower it back? I do this every day 5 times (if not more)

Just go into download build and click the google drive link.Then, download gta sa build 35. The person that made it in Steam just has the complete game and download it for free. I SHOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT GTA SAN ANDREAS AND DOWNLOADED IT FROM HIM WITH ALL THIS FIXES. If you don't know how to install this I will just upload a video on my YouTube channel. Just let me know if you want.

Nope
It is just the downgraded version with MANY MANY mods to make the PC game look like on PS2 without any issues. I have Windows 7 64-bit Intel HD Potato Graphics 4000 and it works in 1366x768 because this is my laptop resolution.100% RECOMENDED TO EVERYONE

Servers are down for the mods database for whatever reason, but if you download the full version you can still downgrade with no problem. You'll just have to apply things like ASI loader and SilentPatch seperately, that's all

I started speedrunning now so I don't need mods. I setup using kz_frew's video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnY-vUigXY0 He downgrades the game using the old TRUE downgrader which is 1.2GB and then putting in the game the original 1.00EU exe and then updates to 1.01 using the nomorehotcoofee patch and then putting a 1.01 EU NO-DVD exe.

I'm a bit late to the party, I wonder if that video is contain with the tutorial about how to downgrade the Steam version of GTA SA ?? I didn't click that link yet...
