Sam Order no. 13

Have anyone gotten this order from the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City. I only got order no. 12 and when going to Capital Knot City there is order no. 14. It really bugs me not being able to finish stuff in correct order.

Sometimes the Sam Orders appear at pepper shelters.

At this point in the game, Prepper Shelters are not unlocked.

I'm certain I did 13 before ever coming anywhere near Port Knot, so it definitely unlocks before you do 14. IIRC it unlocks after completing Order for Sam No. 11 and it starts in the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City.

I remember playing this on PS4 and indeed after order no. 11 both 12 and 13 showed up at the Distro Center. But not on PC. And another difference was, that order 11 were the first timed order and on PS4 it's order 13 thats the first timed order.

So no other people have noticed this or does everyone get the order no. 13 at the Distribution Center before going to Central Knot?

I haven't paid attention to order numbers tbh, is there a reason to do them all other than 100% the game? I'm beyond port knot and for sure have left many orders behind.

According to google 13 is from the distribution center to capital knot. Deliver the crypotbiotes.
