Wrong, no MGS 1 2 or 3 cutscenes last for 1 hour, but go ahead and show me a single cutscene that last 1 hour in the MGS I've mentionned.
Interesting random info, I'm pretty sure that record is wrong and the actual longest goes to one of the Xenosaga episodes which have some ridiculous lengths for single cutscenes. As for cutscene sequences, no question Xenosaga completely crushes MGS4's sequence length. Luckily, episode I is has excellent cutscenes. Unfortunately, the company got sloppy and pissed off one of the lead people and they walked out so episode II & III were pretty lackluster (and the series was cut from 6 to 3 episodes).
