the beeper in the new update
How do I find el jeffe I have no clue where to find whatever park it mentions on the beeper. anyone know?

If you haven't found him yet, the park is in the middle of the city.

He's in the park in a circle of bushes sitting in a chair. Another guy standing next to him.

No not yet I’m gonna try leveling up another one or two levels then restart the game up again and see if that triggers something
