How to gain "5% Respect to book Promo" / How to get influencers to buy from your store?

So I've been running my weedshop and im now level 35, have more than enough security and $$$, i also have 20% influencer attraction, but i have never ever seen an influencer, nor would i know where to find one. so thats one question i have, im on wack and on trippy diffuculty, is there another setting im missing? And if its not a setting im missing, what are the steps i can take in game to start to get influencers appearing? Someone please explain the steps to get influencers appearing and coming to your shop, and IMPORTANTLY, secondly how do you generate the "5% Respect" that is asked for when attempting to book a person on the influencerapp? Did i miss something? I have no clue what generates that "Respect" Ive grinded quite a lot so i dont know what im missing. Sorry for the TLDR

Hello!

The influencers just started spawning at around your level and can take a little time, some only spawn in certain locations until you earn enough respect.

Locations can be found in the influgram app, Now some walk around the board walk. some hare in other locations. some are there only a few hours a day So if you find no one check back later.

On how to gain respect. When your high enough level for a certain influerncer you can ask them if they smoke. they will then ask for something and as long as you give them what they ask or better you gain a little respect everytime

If you haven't seen them yet, and you haven't saved/loaded since unlocking them, that may be required.

I am pretty late to this post but I am newer to the game, I am level 31 I have unlocked the Influgram app but all of the locations are disclosed. How do I gain that 5% RP although influencers aren't spawning?

Some influencers appear and despawn after awhile. I'm assuming the undisclosed location means they haven't spawned in yet. Similarly I think some of them only appear at night.
