Bugs (or things not explained properly (or i'm stupid))
1. Rolled UK cheese joints won't let you package them at the package table
2. I can't sell White Widow for higher than 12$ (the quest says that I need to sell them for 14$)

Figured 1 out, as a doobie is not the same as a joint. That could be explained somewhat better for the populace not familiar with the culture.
