How do you make dabs, carts, and the other stuff? I haven't seen anything to allow me to make that stuff yet.

im level 48 and i cant seem to find anything for making carts even though i do think i remember unlocking something to do with carts do you know what its called

You need to make rosin and terps and then use a cart filler. All items/equipment are available when ordering from the lab

Yes but how can i make dabs? I'm now lvl 68 and dont find a machine to buy or anyother way. Can you pls tell me how to make dabs in the game?
