You can change your own speed in 3 levels. What's it for? The score is affected by it that way or not?

Does anyone know where to find the soundtrack? I have all tracks except 1. There is music in the "second layer" menu when you select easy, normal, and hard. I am looking for that track. Any help would be appreciated. BTW, most of the music is found here: Maoudamashii's website ...
