I can't catch some of the legendary fish.

Is it possible not to spawn legendary fish? I already beat the game once and I couldn't complete the quest for the ledarious fish, because I was missing the Steelhead Trout. I spent hours trying to catch it, using the correct bait, I tried to catch it from several places and I couldn't, I caught all the other fish, except this one. I'm playing for the second time, and I managed to catch Steelhead Trout, but I can't catch musky or sockeye salmon, what could solve this problem? I'm playing with Arthur, chapter 3.

There are some certain fish and animals in the game that only spawn between certain times of day and/or different types of weather.

If you are sure you are using the correct lures (Not bait but specific legendary fish lures from Lagras) then check with google for advice on the specific parts of the map to go. Some are really picky and you need to be in a certain location for them to spawn in

Can get them all by quickly switching from Fishing-Pole to Dynamite. Then kill em and go grab em. You have to be quick if it's in deep water though.
