is PC version better than ps5?

Finished game on ps5 and was thinking of giving it a go on PC, is it better much graphically and with m &kb controls instead of analog? I always found the analog so slow and wished it were an optical mouse. PC ver sounds more buggy than the console version, yes? Thank you for your info!

The only reason I would make the jump is if you got a beast of a computer that can handle the graphic mods!

I am thinking about also paying the $20 on sale price coming from a PS5.

rdr2 doesnt even have a ps5 re release so the whole time you were playing a ps4 pro version
if you have a nasa supercomputer do play it on pc it is magnificent and was not meant to be played on the ps4

nah m & kb controls don't work very well with this game so i recommend connecting your controller

Single player:
PC has faster load times and better visuals if you have a decent rig. :)

The mouse and keyboard controls are extremely clunky; you’re better off plugging in a controller.

Multiplayer:
PC version is awful. It’s full of cheaters. :/

You’ll have a much better experience in console.

Next Gen Consoles still do not have a Next-Gen Patch to allow 60fps and Higher Fidelity. So the PC version is definitive in that manner because you can have Unlocked Framerates, Graphical Options and Resolutions. 60fps will be a huge improvement if you played alot of RDR2 on consoles

Between Rockstar essentially abandoning the game and failing to fix the bugs and the incredible number of modders/hackers running amuck, the onlline game has become all but unplayable.

Yes if you have good enough PC, especially if you want to play around with Mods for Story Mode. That can make the gameplay and open-world much more fun. Then maybe do a fresh play through and enjoy the game world more and take breaks between Story Missions and not rush those.

If you're looking to play online, stick to the ps5. The PC platform has plenty of hackers that can even make your game crash.

There is no version for ps5, so you just play ps4 version on your ps5. Pc is much more better, rtx 3060 ~40 fps on 1440p ultra+ dlss quality, rtx 4070 ~80 fps on 1440p ultra with dlss quality

Why? Even though it was released for PS4 it supports proper upscaling via PS4 PRO and PS5

Those consoles are better suited for it anyways because of SSD and smother better graphics compared to PS4.

However it can be better on PC if you have good specs and also there is plenty of mod support

The PS4 version was just full HD like the PC version the game just couldn't run or look as good on PS3/360 due to hardware limitations so they dropped support it on those old consoles.

GTAV and RDR2 don't need a special PS5 updated version because the core game always supported higher graphics already.
