I got 60 fps and played on high well ultra high tends to make the graphics too much.
Have not tested it on PS4 but I assume the PS4 would be as good if not better than a PC simply cause its an entirely different game platform.
PS4 is running a mixture of high, medium + Ultra textures and some stuff even lower than low means on PC. Especially in city's you are facing framedrops but this is the same on PC.
Yes. I own it for PS4, too. The 30 FPS are not a huge impact on this game. Cause everything seems to be designed for low fps. I prefer stable frametime, too. So I decided to take a look at digital foundry's guide how to achieve the nearly same look like on PS4 and locked it to 40 FPS without vsync. That's what i get in towns.

Your gpu most be gods gift to earth cause I have the same card and get 28 fps on low and med.
