Is it worth buying Metal Detector?
I am level 19 collector and found nealy everything than can be found w/o metal detector. I want to focus on Moonshiner now and got $900 so i want to add bar expansion or buy something else related to moonshiner. My question is if i buy it for $700 now is it worth it? Or spending my money on moonshiner would be better?

Simply having it out while riding will often result in it going off as you pass by a collectible, allowing you to pick up quite a few collectibles without specifically spending time on collecting.

Also, there are daily challenges that require that you either find a collectible using a metal detector or using a shovel. The first is impossible without a metal detector, and the second is way easier with it.

And with the salvage collector free roam event, many collectibles are buried such that you need the metal detector to find them.

As for the moonshiner upgrades, if you're focusing on it right now, then upgrading the still is definitely worth it, and it might make sense to do that before buying the metal detector, because without an improved still, it's very hard to make money with the moonshiner role, whereas you do _much_ better once you can make strong mash. However, the other upgrades are basically only worth it for daily challenges. The bar serves _no_ useful function whatsoever. It just provides a place where you can invite other players to come to (if you feel so inclined) and the ability to complete a few of the moonshiner daily challenges that require it. You get no money from it, and it doesn't help you do anything related to the moonshiner role. Ultimately, you're just paying cash for the opportunity to get some gold via daily challenges.

Personally, I'd probably get the metal detector first and then do a long distance trader delivery with the large wagon to make the money for the still upgrades before returning to doing the moonshiner stuff. I wouldn't bother with the bar until after getting the metal detector and the still upgrades.

You can't find coins or jewelry without a metal detector, and those are the most valuable collections.

Not to mention the random diggable loot on the map. your ability to generate income on just jewelry and coin sets alone will more than double your income.

You will have to spend time with a collector guide or a map that someone made that has the locations, but if you do spend even a day with that map and use the metal detector, you could earn around 2000 cash after just a couple hours with the metal detector. The coin collection and the jewelry collections are the most valuable for making money.

Basically the metal detector will pay itself off quickly if you are willing to use it and have a map.

If you aren't going to use a map then the metal detector does not help you find anything. It only has a range of about 30 feet and doesn't do anything if you don't have it equipped.
