How to buy gold (Game was purchased through steam)

How does one buy gold in this game, we have tried accessing the store (in game social club). We get a invalid code issue and also cannot search for the items.
We have tried accessing the website (Social club) - also cant buy any there.

Help will be appreciated

You can add funds to your Steam Wallet and buy it from the Store in RDR2

It should work the same

They might not sell gold in your region.

If you have the Rockstar Games client you can purchase gold directly from their store. If you are using STEAM's own sales page, scroll down until you see the gold and select the amount you need. Typically the delay between purchasing and receiving if around five minutes, sometimes less. If you have not received the gold after twelve hours, put in a ticket reporting the issue.

Buy it from the Rockstar Games Launcher, not the in-game social club overlay.

Make sure you have the Steam overlay enabled when you want to buy gold in-game.
I just realized that it doesn't work without the Steam overlay present, it just times out or gets stuck.

Might be due to country's restriction similar to GTA V (due to Casino on GTA V). I also wanted to get gold bars to get the vip pass but I was getting error 2000.43 and when I message support about it, they reply back to me very quick and one of their advice was to check my NAT. I remember that my NAT was in red letters "strict" (or similar to that word) when I had checked in the game before (don't remember now how I found it) which I think it fell into the category 3 which doesn't allow me to make purchases that has to do with my country's "gambling law".

If you have that similar issue, I can copy paste for you the reply I got with their advice to give it a try.
