That was months ago. Do not pay for EA Play if you're only interested in cosmetics (lol).
some of there bugs during it was radio silence no news came out.
normally developers and publishers stay silent till they release a patch fixing stuff.
the best option is to usually if not already a thread dedicated too it.
post bug reports, what pc setup and specs , including gpu cpu among the other main parts.
this will help in reproducing the bug/bugs
if you want an actual clean install https://www.iobit.com/en/advanceduninstaller.php , itll point out every item left behind that most miss like registry files, and bad registry files can mean trouble.
recently had trouble with an graphics driver other day, said problems on device manager, i uninstalled reinstalled same, finnally allowed it to uninstall and delete the installer, redid it via the nvidia graphics updater and fixed device manager said on it no problems.
sometimes whats left behind is the problem sadly
sorry to say some bugs could take a month or longer since they have to reproduce the problem, then find out what the cause it, then try to halt it from happening.
sorry i didnt reply i had this desubbed
