You could use hardware monitor or task manager to make a log and see if there are any clues there.
You could check event viewer to see if there are any events that cause the issue to occur.
no only when i play Apex
PSU is 750 wat, i have been told that its more than enough for my GPU
i did not use the event viewer before, i will learn about it and use, maybe as you said i can get more info
DLSS/Frame generation is also a considerable culprit in issues like this. Especially when it comes to lighting details.
Anyways that's all I've got. Hope you managed to get it resolved.
Actually the recent Nvidia drivers have a lot of issues, it's recommended to downgrade.
I have the exact same GPU as OP, running a year old driver, and I have no issues whatsoever.
Personally I don't really like or trust Nvidia GPUs any more.
Ever since I switched to AMD CPU + AMD GPU I've had much fewer issues and much smoother performance across the board. (Used to run AMD CPU + Nvidia GPU)
i heard about it but i have no clue how to downgrade my GPU drivers
Go to the Nvidia website and download them here.
Edit: Make sure you select the correct GPU and OS.
Edit 2: And when installing, make sure you check "Clean install" in the options.
