i heard that you just don't launch the games that use EAC until it's fixed or confirmed to be fixed.

Yes.
Also possible that it's just those players' PC vulnerabilities.
So it might not be EAC/Apex. But some other thing that those players downloaded.

For now not really i suggest u dont open it.
Pepole said they got viruses by just opening the game and if u did open the game scan ur PC FAST!!
Pepole are saying that an old employe did this and he got helped from an employe that works at Apex.

Isn't safe right now because people just found that there is a hack that is able to get anybody's credit card info. It is a good game though just sad EA prolly won't care about it.
