Thanks for you advice, I turn v-sync off, it not buttery smooth but more enjoyable than the previous status. Do wish it went a little smoothness tho.
Usually most games I turn both v-sync and g-sync on, this issue only happen in Apex Legend.

I wouldn't bother, though... I had the same issue... Tried everything (including a full PC reset and fresh OS install) and nothing worked. I ended up building a whole new PC and it miraculously fixed the problem.
Just stop playing Apex until they fix it. That game has so many issues being ignored right now, and it doesn't seem like they have intentions of fixing them.
Idk if it's a staffing issue or if they're just placing all their manpower on the monetization aspects of the game, but player feedback seems to go completely ignored.
If u have such a super PC now, why not unlock the FPS and see where it gets you.
At what polling rate is your Mouse set to?
I was setting 1000hz, but changing lower doesn't help at some point it make it worse
Even if you average 144, your %10 and %1 lows could be lower and the FPS number isnt the only determining factor, if its smooth or not, as written in the post above it is your frametimes. There are youtube vidoes on how to set the software to see the frametime graph if something is problematic.
For the fix route, i would start with reinstalling Apex, trying out different games and then ensuring your chipset/gpu/audio/lan drivers are up to date along with windows updates, and if all else fails go for a clean install. If nothing else works reinstall windows and try again. And your last bet would be to check if there is a hardware issue but it is very unlikely.
