High ping only for apex

So I've been wanting to play apex, but for the past 3 weeks Apex Legends has been giving me 250-400 ping. I have been playing other games such as CSGO, TF2 and Overwatch, but all of the ping in those games are 30. Is there any fixes or anyone else having this issue? (I have made sure the servers I play in is selected, which mentions the ping will be 11-20, but in actual games its 250-400.)

So, its EAs server's fault? Wondering how many other people are having this trouble

I've been playing since season 2 and not once have I had any kind of consistent server issues. And I don't think I'm the only one, which is I bet the reason why so many people are still reporting server problems - because it's really hard to diagnose.
