Try to turn off "Nvidia Reflex" has been broken in DX12 for a long time.

Imagine having 50 active players and cutting it down to 10 by removing direct x 11

we dx11 runs really good and dx12 runs like ass like the 1% lows on dx11 compared to dx12 is night and day
