i have a temporary fix on linux for the processing shaders bug, not sure whether this is apex bug or steam bug.

simply untick "Allow Background processing of vulkan shaders", when you start apex and once it starts to process shaders go to the settings>shader precaching menu and the shaders should jump to 100% then the game launches.
you shouldnt need to do this as it should also do it automatically (sometimes a little slower so this helps). thankfully no more hour plus on linux processing shaders anymore (i think this is steam bug tbh)

I am having the same issue. Stuck on 13270/13270 shaders. I’ve already done everything.
