Game Closes randomly, no Crash log anywhere
UPDATE: I have tried the following with no luck: switched from fullscreen to windowed, disabled V sync, set all graphics to low, verified game files, installed through the EA Games app, closed out of as many background processes as possible.

I've searched everywhere for any kind of crash log, but no success. Just built a new PC, everything is up to date, and all temps are fine. The game runs fine and there is no set time frame that it happens. It could be a few minutes, it could be a couple of hours. The game just closes. No freeze or anything. I've searched all over the internet and can't find anything. Please help!!!!!!

I've had this for 2-3 seasons now too... no fix.. random crash sometimes 2-3 hours or even a days no crash and sometimes after 20-30 min.. or even 5-10 min and crash ofc midle of the fight... reinstalled, file check.. nothing works..
I'm starting to come to terms with it and live with it....
It's so annoying. We're trying to climb ranked, so I get screwed every time it happens.

Disabled both and still have the issue. I'm at a loss.....
just started happening to me with april fools event. cant play anymore
Still no fix. Upgraded to Windows 11 hoping that would fix something, Tried deleting the EAC folder and verifying files to replace it, Ran the CMD scan and it did find corrupt windows files and repaired them, but I'm still crashing.

My Problem looks like fixed. I updated my motherboard bios to the very last one. No crashes for a while.
