fps is capped at 90

after the update my fps gets capped at 90 and sometimes the cap drops to 60. when sitting in the firing range for about 10ish min or more it up to 240, but after leaving a getting into a game it goes back to 90 fps.
ive had and am still using launch commands to have my fps "unlimited". im using an amd system with a 6900xt and a 5900x. drivers were updated, game was uninstalled and reinstalled and the issue is still ongoing.

the launch commands im using: -fullscreen -high +lobby_max_fps 0 + fps_max 0 -novid

edit: i added my list of launch commands

check this, bro. u have a "space" between + and fps. could be a solution.

i did this and it didnt really do anything for me. thanks tho

if anyone else ends up with this issue or one like it, turn off ur discord overlay
