EA Play 10%off for Apex Coins - is it in-game or website purchases?
If I subscribe to EA Play and buy Apex coins will I get 10% discount through steam purchase or do I need to log in to EA website and buy coins from there to get the discount?

It applies in game as well. If you get EA play through steam, just restart the game and you should get your discount. It displays the discount amount as well.
