Apex reset my rank from Gold 1 to Rookie 4 after patch?

Literally was ranking yesterday night and was Gold 1, then suddenly im put into Rookie 4 for no reason, It lets me rank in this but the season didnt reset so this doesnt make sense. Now i cant play with my friends anymore and when i went to EA, they told me theres nothing they can do and post on the forum to see if anyone else has this issue...? Any help?

it was mid season rank reset probably. there are 2 rank splits per season.

No fam, season hasnt reset yet, yesterday night I was Gold 1 with my friends, everyone is still the same rank. Only i got brought down to Rookie 4, season still has 30 days.

have you played a game since, it can be a visual bug, had something similar in like s13

Yeah and he was supposed to drop 2 tiers ( gold - 1.5 tiers = bronze )

this happened to me 2 years ago, and the bug still exists. Nothing was done for me i was 500 rp off of hitting masters and got sent to rookie. I climbed back up to d4 and then it deranked me again. idk why this is ongoing but they never reinstated my rank or even sent an email saying sorry for the error or anything

♥♥♥♥ me bro... Thats so dumb, i dont spam the game that much i play on my free time. Im a little bummed that it didnt get resolved yet either :( ... EA wont do anything on their end.
