Voice chat not working

Me and my friends are trying to play this game on our PS5, but voice chats are not working and were forced to play on our PC or create a play station party everytime. We have adjusted our PS settings and APEX settings. Does anyone know how to fix this?

in-game lobby voicechat doesnt work, they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it, only works when you're in a match

i dont recommend you to use in game voice chat is really sometimes it sounds like sims talking, other it sounds with low volume, better use discord or other place for voice chat

i have no idea if this is it but on xbox there use to be a problem that sometimes game chat wouldnt work at all on games but xbox party worked fine the only way you could get gamehcat working again was to reset your console i know apex is really bad but
