Why do I always get teammates who are extremely bad and useless?

every game if I don't carry from start to finish I can't win, no mistakes can be made, because my team is completely garbage, they might as well put bots with me and they'd do better than my so called "teammates"

same here, i am so tired of hearing "enemy spotted" from teammate and few seconds later "i am down", don't fight if you can't kill, don't fight 3 people at the same time, and other times my team will shoot enemy and alert them, i go to help the team and my team run away when i arrive lol now i m 3 vs 1, i think the devs do this on purpose so that we get frustrated and keep playing until we have that satisfaction of revenge, i know EA is doing this on fifa.

yeah it constantly puts you with two idiots until you've lost ~30 games, then the game will deem you worthy to win one, then it'll put some good guys with you, then afterwards the cycle begins again

Can relate, just had an arena match , full of bronze 7 year olds , one straight out left when he saw our enemies , i fought against one predator and two diamonds.

I was thinking like this for a really long time, but to be fair these bad players makes me become a better player. There is no better feeling that despite these idiots die and quit in the first minutes, I still win matches/ fights in a 1v3 scenario. I know this sounds weird but after a while I started to appreciate bad teammates more.

No you do fights to get better. You shouldn't play like a rat to get RP. Its always that one dude who didn't help that couldve killed the last man who was one shot on the enemy team
