No, the developers made 110 the max. It is possible to edit the config file, but then you risk getting banned as now you are manipulating the game in a way that it was not meant to be. There are several "banned for no reason" threads, I'd ask around and see how many of them are banned cause they altered values that were not meant to be altered outside of the game.

To stay safe, stick to the settings the game provides you from in-game.
