Controller players everywhere?

Why is everyone and their grandma playing on a controller in PC ques? It's so strange getting lasered by these absolute wood rank plebs, and then spectating them standing still looting a box

why in the big blue world does it matter? you are on the superior platform my friend, you have mouse pads custom dpi for your aim tap strafing b hopping supergliding, etc why is a controller a threat? controller players' aim assist is only a threat at close range from a distance controlling a flatlines recoil sucks, but all you gotta do is pull down on the mouse and recoil is by-by. its overhyped hating on controller players its childish (considering most of you guys are adults) aim assist isnt cheating its literally an assist program for the lesser platform, you got your aimlab kovaaks and 120fps 4k monitor, they are using their delayed console trash (before you say controller can be on pc, the only way you can see there isa controller player is if you see the controller icon below their name on your team or on your killer and that controller icon doesnt mean they are using controller on pc it means they are on console and crossplayed into pc lobbies, the controller icon is console.) you really hae every adantage friends, i mean no offense to your opinion but cmon this isnt funny anymore guys

Idk if I would say "a lot", but there is no denying that aim assist helps and that it's dumb to exist in any FPS game.

You seem to forget the fact I specifically mentioned PC players and not console. Meaning EVERYTHING you said about ''superior platform'' is entirely irrelevant...

That wasn't me.
But you be the judge, I have always had the same stance:

Both MnK and Controllers have their advantages and disadvantages when compared to each other.

It is understandable that Controller players need some amount of aim-assist to maintain a level of accuracy MnK players have. The problem is that in most games these levels are too high and therefore resulting in what we MnK refer to as cheating.

On the other hand, MnK allows for far superior movement and aim (without assist).

I still think it is possible for both MnK and Controller to compete, we have just not found the common ground and for the time being, I would rather the two be split than together.

I don't really lean towards either, because I play Single-Player games on a controller and Competitive games on MnK. When it comes to Apex, I feel that the 0.6 aim assist for console is too high so is the 0.4 when using a controller on the PC.

But I never took a full stance on either side, I guess I'm just drifting until I notice Controller players are becoming too much.

2) You didn't directly say that, but you 100% implied it. Your logic is that of the other brainlets on this forum that think that movement is somehow far superior to aim. In fact, they have convinced themselves that the game is no longer about shoot+kill but, instead, pure parkour LOL. And no, we complain about the completely broken and highly abused controller aimbot on PC apex right now. No amount of movement will stop you from getting 1-clipped. In fact, the more you spice up movement, the harder it is for YOU to aim while the controller player has tracked your every pixel.

3) I'm not arguing about its existence as a whole; I just want it to be reassessed and balanced. The fact that PC players opt to use it proves that something is not right.
