Am i really this bad at the game?
I play fortnite, pubg and apex. First two games are very easy, and i get first place like its nothing... But apex, i can't get any kills at all. And it always seems like all enemies hit 100% of the shots they take. Are they all using cronuses or is the game 10 times harder?

Yes and no. You only have 30 hours in the game, you're still young lmao. Give yourself some time, learn the game more. Sometimes servers, cheaters, and bad connection are the problem, but you can't just blame it on those all the time.
As this guy said if u don't like to improve play against bots, if u do want to improve record your self and see why u aren't the one attacking and being in better position
At this point you need at least 500 hours of you want to stand a chance

What the guy said on the reply before me, i switched from those type of games to Apex too, back in season 19, Apex is HARD it took me around 500 hours of learning the ropes and getting absolutely stomped, to finally pull some damage and kills, this is literally the newbie filter Apex has an issue with and the reason why many new players don't stick for too long

euFunky said it best- record ur mistakes when u feel like u died unfairly- try to rewind slowly over each mistake you made, every step and direction you went-
it's not about knowing where the enemy is gonna be, it's predicting the likelihood so you can always improve.

But yeah- Apex is significantly harder than it needs to be and way harder than Fortnite and PUBG on average...

I think the only bad players are players who cheat.

if you win everytime the game will become boring

enjoy the game as it is and don't look up yt guides like i did
or you'll end up playing full monke off brain that wins time to time lol
Haha I got 2500 hours and get stomped on daily.

Apex is 6 years old so everyone that has stuck around has had a lot of time to refine their game. Apex is one of those games where you just need time on it, the more you experience the more you learn.
goto firing range, set the bots to not fire on you and learn to aim, find a free aim trainer software on steam, the game uses bullet physics. The game is normally super sweaty , avoid fire fights with pros and run

EOMM is what they use to matchmake. I've long suspected that hit boxes and hit reg are tied to EOMM and it's why you go from beaming to eating sand from game to game. It's not consistent in it's ups and downs like any other shooter. Outcomes are being forced to get engagement up. It's why so many pros switched to controller. Limits the variables.

I suspect that they favor players who have invested money in the game. That being said it doesn't stop me from enjoying the game. Def want to play on a cable vs wifi. EA is running this game on outdated tech it seems. So yeah, plenty of non reg shots. Unlike fortnite though I would say the APEX community is highly competitive so there's that, I know i am. More mature players who know what they're doing. CANNOT be caught lackin in this game, speed is life. gotta play like the devils coming for your soul after every match, lol. In my mind its like, everyone else is my lil bro and they're not that good and i'm going to beat their azz. Then I get sniped by two people at the same time. Speaking of, USE A MIC and don't play solo
