Anyone else notice massive amounts of no regs this season?

I've had full mags of r9/car/spitty no regging like crazy.

Was it a no reg with sound cue or without a sound que at all? I've had some without the sound cues i think and i'm guessing those are because of server lags and sound cue no regs has been there for some time

Sound queues. Like actively seeing blood and hearing bullets hit but no damage.

not sure if its the same thing, but when i change resolution in firing range and then shoot the dummy, i get delayed damage reg for few seconds

Yeah those exist for some time now. Not sure why but they do.
