How do pro's play with Anti aliasing off?

I got a thick computer and a BenQ 144hz screen pretty much same settings as most pros simply cause I prefer but the one thing they all turn off and I can't seem to turn off is Anti aliasting cause it turns everything into a spaghetti dance fest.

The problem is that having it on will cause it to be a bit foggy :/

Am I missing something?

I am trying to get used to it, but the spaghetti wiggles are just to distracting

Just play for a while, Apex hasn't even so bad textures.

i tried no anti aliasing several times but it distracts me i cant focus on the game. I have ani aliasing on with 40% sharpening on radeon software settings to make the image look a little clearer.
