why is apex connection so bad?? need help on how to resolve

I'm not sure where else to post this but I am genuinely getting frustrated at apex's servers/data centers being so bad for me and I can't figure out a way to solve this. This connectivity issue only happens on Apex legends and literally no other software. Using discord as a benchmark for my ping, I am steadily at 4 to 6ms. On apex, even on a server in my home country (Singapore) I am getting 30-50ms (sometimes even 200+ms according to the data centre??) And my game is always literally never in sync, I always have at least one red logo (latency errors/issues logos on the top right hand corner??)



I have tried reinstalling the game, opening and closing, playing on other data centers (Taiwan, HK) and I literally still lag. I am at my wits end, I don't know if its a apex issue or my internet issue but definitely is not because as I mentioned earlier everything else literally works and has fast connection.
