Yes, providing a terrible service by not fixing core problems with the game regardless of good gameplay and taking away the one good thing from the game that provided a reward system and locking it behind a jacked up paywall is justifiable reason to quit the game. Why should anyone play a game from a company that doesn't respect their time or money and makes no effort to improve the overall player experience while attempting to milk them?
I paid for one battlepass hardly enough because I cannot afford them and now EA wants me to pay more.. because apparently those people that spend 300$ are not enough for them.
