Can't start - Message from EasyAntiCheat: "untrusted system file"

I am using a translation, so please forgive me if the sentences are strange.
After replacing the SSD, when I install and launch the Steam version of APEX, EasyAntiCheat gives me an error message saying "untrusted system file (\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\D3DCompiler_43.dll)" and I can't launch it. Based on information from threads and search engines on Steam, I tried uninstalling it, excluding the virus software, and launching it with the Origin version, but it didn't solve the problem. Is there anyone who can solve this problem?

By the way, I found a way to run the repair service by clicking "EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe", but this file was not in the Apex Legends folder. Is there already something wrong at this point?

1-99% you have bad software instal like REWASD(controller software) or somthing like that ! uninstal all non safe softwares

if not solve uninstal steam (dont uninstal apex) then reinstall steam from setting/storage show new steam apex instal location
then in liberary,right click on apex VERFY GAME FILE
restart your system , apex must run

Does this mean I should uninstall steam from my PC and then reinstall it from the site? I don't really understand the "setting/storage" part, so please let me know.

Just to be sure, I will write down the circumstances under which the error occurred.
Start APEX from the shortcut → display of EasyAntiCheat initializing → after a few seconds, "r5apex.exe - Application Error The application could not be started correctly (0xc000007b)" is displayed, press OK → "EasyAntiCheat "untrusted system file (\?\GLOBALROOT\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\D3DCompiler_43.dll)" is displayed and it cannot be started.
I have been unable to solve this problem for three days and it has been bothering me.

I finally solved it. I temporarily moved the "D3DCompiler_43.dll" that was giving me an error, and then reinstalled DirectX, and it started up.
