This stutter, lag, pause. skip jump BS.....

Only one game in and I no longer want to play. Tired of trying to fight through the lag. Add one more big reason this game sucks.

And really all the new crap coming for this new season, nothing special.

I normally play this game at 240hz, I frame capped to 140, helps a little but still micro stutters and lags. Just can't feel it as much now, but its still bad.

not just the lag but the people in the game are playing like they are in a ea comp ♥♥♥♥ this game im going back to rust

Try disabling Fullscreen Optimizations in settings of r5apex.exe or r5apex_dx12.exe (if you use dx12).

edit: don't use 4k-8k polling rate in your mouse because, of course, Apex can't handle it.

rtx 4070 (240-300 fps at 170 ghz on qhd)
mouse just freezes, very often and it's a total crap (reduced the mouse frequencies to 1k), we'll see later

same, this started 1 month ago with new split for me. Funny how devs did not acknowledge this at first. then they did and 1 month later no fixes.
