As soon as you enter the game go into your video settings and use these options.

Sun Shadow Detail - > High
Sun Shadow Coverage - > High
Spot Shadow Detail - > High
Dynamic Spot Shadows - > Enabled.

Dynamic Spot Shadows being enabled should be the first one you change and "Apply" before changing the others (if they need to be changed).
