Update ruined the quality on part of the screen

After I have received the update or rank system decrease, you were able to start to do 4 squads, but I have noticed an problem where the quality and view has become like ♥♥♥♥, it literally looks like my game is crashing the view, I can see like a square of 1/4 or 1/3 getting blurry and pixel wise, it is moving like it would lag or couldn't preload the game. Any other game has good views, good quality without any error and i have even set it to max performance where my pc is capable to run the game. Had no issues before the update.
Are there any suggestions?
P.S. I already uninstaled the game to see what changes - absolutely nothing.

you can see that the grass is literally cutted off, it is so weird and it disturbs my gameplay, also it affects on seeing teammates, please suggestions

That's quite strange. Do you play in stretched resolution?

i play 16:9 - 1920x1080, this is something after my new update. When i press esc or windows or go to the second screen, that thing stops doing it, when i press it back to the game, instantly pops up, even in video recording you can see such thing taking place.

dude this update is more like a downgrade. It freeze, fps drop, packet loss idk what else will come next. i forgot to mention i keep seeing MY stats on other players profile W T F

Like I was anticipating that is an issue of the game, but literally restart didn't do ♥♥♥♥ and also such things would be settled in no more than a day, but since it haven't done anything, was hoping that community would know some.

ok... i find out. disable adaptive supersamling

You can check if your graphic driver does anything special to "help" the game render faster. If there are any profiles specific to the game reset them or turn them off.

Adaptive Supersamling in fact was the issue which was creating issue, finally I can see proprely whilst moving! TY brother - CrazyScientist
