CLIP : Audio lag/stutter the game is basically UNPLAYABLE

Audio lag/stutter after Season 21 update, the game is basically unplayable since I can hear no sound cues.

I jumped into a game and instantly had the issue from the first moment, started having issues from the spaceship at the beginning of the match.
I get "No Audio starvation symbol" on top right corner below the performance dedicated panel

Thats one of the symptoms of this problem, it happens in the first match after u start the game then the models load but the sound problem persists for 4 more games approximately
