Well anyway controllers have like 15 buttons and 2 joysticks, but computers have around 101 buttons and a mouse with even more. So literally you have nothing to complain about. You have over at least 101 options for input on keyboard. Meanwhile you only have like 15 inputs for a controller with more limited input values. Also xbox controllers have only a 125HZ polling rate and meanwhile some mice can have 2000HZ polling rate (That is almost a 20x increase.) Also if people using controllers are this hard to play against they're probably cheating.
There are literally cheats designed to copy what a controller looks like. (The cheats do it well enough that even imperial hal said it was like controller.)
Also by default mouse is more aided than controller because windows automatically enhances mouse precision. So technically controllers are less aided than mice in some situations.

I use the game launch command and I am not banned.
It says "PC only" in the lobby.

How is polling relevant?

Windows mouse precision does not work like aim aissist does. Anyone who is a serious FPS player always turns off mouse precision. First setting to turn off. Mouse precision makes aiming harder, not eaiser.
