CANT BUY EXOTIC SHARDS/SHOP

Anytime i go to purchase, it pulls me to steam authorize page i click authorize and nothing happens. I don't have apex downloaded on EA and the money is already in my steam account anyone else having this issue or found a fix?

Only heard a few people say through help support on steam works. My friend tried and nothing happened. So he had to download ea app and load up more money.. It's been a problem with coin purchases for a long time and now exotic shards. I've personally never had the problem, I pay through paypal on steam without any issue. So idk if its a credit card problem or what.

I've used the Steam version for I think over a year now and it worked until this season. Tried numerous times over 24 hours to buy Exotic Shards and it just pretends like I didn't even click it. Money's still sitting in the Steam Wallet but if they don't let me buy the shards I'm gonna have to refund the wallet and that's such a hassle.

I have the same issue too, all I did was create a ticket to steam and just told them my issue
